Episode 11 - Can Gio and

A final note before we leave to Phu Quoc , tomorrow we go back this weekend, spend three days Saigon, and later, back in France! Ca goes by so fast!

So we spent some time Can Gio , a small remote village outside of Saigon , along the coastline. To get there, a taxi to market Ben Thanh (because after waking up at seven, we're not very cool, but it was not mandatory), a bus that goes to Nha Be (half past one on the outward half to return), then a ferry, then another bus (one hour, half past one), and two xe om to the hotel. As Anna said , "Very well, we take buses to two thousand dong to sleep in room forty-five dollars!" And indeed, after transport shabby, the rooms of luxury! Our hotel is a resort for wealthy Americans (again), we sleep in a separate bungalow with two bedrooms ( Cleo has spent most of his time talking in the room next door, while a easy exit to the balcony worked just as well). For lunch, the two sisters loved to eat local seafood, while Sinh and Cleo were simply more classic dishes. And then visit the market devoted solely to ... seafood again. Everything is presented in plastic bowls, it gives a very special to this (small) market covered:
And the beach stretches for tens of meters before the water up to his knees
The hotel pool:
As the rainy season, it's nice in the morning and the weather is cloudy. It is thus "forced" to wake up to eight hours to enjoy some good weather! And scarcely do we have benefited, it is time to leave! Then we unfold the bags freshly opened, we resumed our cliques and claques, and why we go again:

And various bus

And back to Saigon ! In the evening we will dine at Wrap and Roll, a restaurant where you drive in his flat rice cakes:
And then Sinh to and other work da terrace. The opportunity to film thirty seconds of traffic Saigon nightlife:

Since we arrived in Vietnam , even if you do not tell you, the monsoon rages : Torrential downpours are ! Until now, they only lasted a half hour, usually (although we sometimes wiping a good half-dozen a day). But today, from sunrise (correction: my soon sunrise, around ten o'clock), it was pouring rain! Around noon, we think the Zen spin Plaza, a mall between a few drops, when it stops raining, people were rushing out of the house, you take the few streets that form the labyrinthine block Anna , and ... missed! The rain falls more beautiful! It then flows in a taxi passing by there, and people rush in Zen Plaza ! We did some shopping, have lunch there, while the rain still falls apart. Anna decides to go home to avoid damage a possible flood, leaving Mai Cleo and Sinh to Zen Plaza . On the way, she has water to the knees, and she is very afraid for home, knowing that it is below the whole district. Arrived home, she discovers with relief that it is not, even though she knows that if it continues to rain, the soil will be drier longer. It undertakes then a large rescue operation (must be present heroically), and carefully puts the entire room. Flooding happens then! It methodically scoop water into every nook and cranny. Meanwhile, Mai continues shopping, accompanied Sinh and Cleo . Recommendations on Anna , we will take refuge in Wonderful , and we gossiped with Bert 'and Sandrine , we discuss, we discuss, and during that time ... Anna scoop! Once the work is finished, she is exhausted, leaving us to dine Lion City (whose site is not recommended for epileptics), a Singaporean cuisine restaurant with Wonderful, but without her.
And here we are, back at home!
Tomorrow, we start to Phu Quoc , but it is also the longest eclipse of the century, it happens in Asia , and there will surely be a little right to Phu Quoc ; In the meantime, if you want to watch live, take a look here , otherwise it will be on YouTube (and not need glasses)!
